Do I need a contract to call you?
No. Plenty of our support work is one-off. If a monthly plan would save you money, we will say so, but you are never locked in to get help.
Can you help remotely, or only in person?
Both. A lot of problems we solve remotely within minutes. When it needs hands on the hardware, we come to you.
Do you support both Windows and Mac?
Yes, and the mix of both that most offices actually run.
What if it is after hours?
