When your systems go down, every minute has people attached to it. We answer the phone, we come to you, and we work to get the whole office back up, not just one machine. One customer put it simply in a review: we answered, and they were running within the hour.
Most of what we do is for offices: small and mid-sized Fort Lauderdale businesses that need their technology to just work. We also help those same owners with the home side of things, from a home office to a family setup, but the business is where we live.

Scope and stakes. A business has a network, a server, shared data, and people whose day stops when it breaks. We support the whole thing, not one device.

Both. Some businesses want us on a monthly plan; others call as needed.
