Common questions
Do I need a monthly plan to call you?
No. You can call us for a single job and pay $100 an hour. If a monthly plan would suit you better, we will say so.
Can you help remotely, or only in person?
Both. We fix what we can remotely, and when it needs hands on the hardware, we come to you.
Do you support both Windows and Mac?
Yes. PC and Apple, and offices that run a mix of both.
How quickly can you respond?
We are based in Fort Lauderdale. Call and we will tell you honestly when we can be there.
