1. Call. Tell us what the computer is doing. Most problems we can size up on the phone.
2. We come to you, or we pick it up. On-site for anything that can be fixed at your desk. Pickup and return when a repair needs bench time.
3. Fixed and explained. You get the machine back working, with a plain explanation of what was wrong.

Repair work is $100 an hour. Bigger jobs get a flat quote before we start, so you know the number up front.

My computer will not turn on. Is it dead?

Often not. Power supplies, failed updates, and drives are common causes and most can be fixed or replaced. Call and tell us what happens when you press the button.

Can you remove a virus without wiping the computer?

Usually. We clean the infection first. A full rebuild is the fallback when a machine is too far gone, and your files are copied off before that happens.

Do you fix printers and Wi-Fi too?

Yes. Printers, routers, and home Wi-Fi are a large part of what we do.
