How a camera install goes

1. Walk-through. We look at the property with you and agree on where each camera goes and what it needs to see.
2. Wiring. Cables run through attics, soffits, and walls, not stapled along the outside of the house.
3. Mounting. Cameras mounted level, aimed, and tested at night as well as in daylight.
4. Recording and app. The recorder or cloud storage set up, the app on your phone, and alerts tuned so you are not buzzed by every passing car.
5. Hand-off. We show you how to review footage, save a clip, and add a family member before we leave.

Wired or wireless cameras?

Wired cameras give steadier video and do not depend on your Wi-Fi signal, so we recommend them wherever a cable can be run. Wireless cameras make sense for a detached spot or a rental where drilling is not an option.

Can I watch the cameras on my phone?

Yes. Every system we install is set up on your phone before we leave, with live view, recorded clips, and alerts.

How long does the install take?

A doorbell camera is a short visit. A full system depends on the camera count and how far the cables run. We tell you the plan and the time before we start.

What happens on the first visit?

We walk the property with you, talk through what you want to see, and agree on camera positions. You get a quote from that visit.
